  • Travel Grants: Travel grants will be awarded to the selected papers.
  • Registration Fee Discounts: Further discounts in the registration fee will be awarded to the selected papers and also if more papers are submitted by same author.
  • Page Limit: Minimum 4 pages and Maximum 6 pages of a paper including text, figures and references. For each additional (i.e., from 7th) page additional fee per page will be applicable.
  • At least one author of each paper must be registered in order to be included in the conference proceeding.
  • Registration is per participant and per paper.
  • The registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, Symposium pack and the electronic version of the proceeding, conference materials, publication in international journals if selected, lunches and coffee breaks.
  • Full payment must be completed before access to the conference is allowed (Conference fees can also be paid at the registration desk in cash only).
  • Registration for the conference will only be effective once all fees have been paid.

Page Limit: A research paper covers minimum 4 and maximum 6 pages including introduction, figures, tables and references but for JBBBE journal minimum 10 pages. For any additional page, i.e. from 7th page and onward, 50USD/Rs.500 per page will be applicable.

AUTHORS:

Author of each paper will present paper during the conference according to the time schedule assigned and each presented paper will be considered for publication in the selected Journal. For those who will not be able to attend the conference for any reason can present their paper using other media (e.g., Video/Skype).

LISTENER/Non-Author:

Listener can participate in the conference and in the keynote speeches after paying the fee.
